SERVICES

Our three tiers of coaching & programming provide suitable options for any runner looking to smash their PBs or take on a new challenge.

Tier Three (Gold)
1-ON-1 COACHING + PROGRAMMING

This is the full package, the gold standard. We are proudly delivering a truly personalised coaching experience for all our "gold" runners, with each runner personally selecting their coach and working with them 1-on-1.

 

Coaches are restricted to a certain number of athletes to ensure we maintain a high level personalised coaching experience. If your chosen coach has room in their team they will organise a discovery call with you, where together you will begin to build your long term and short term goal planning.

 

Each week you will have access to your coach via phone calls, text or email for any training, racing or recovery questions. Our aim is for you to build a great coaching and mentoring relationship where you and your coach are both equally invested in your goals.

Tier Two (Silver)
PERSONALISED PROGRAMMING

This is our offering for those of you who would love fully personalised programming written up for them but also enjoy being self sufficient and self driven week-to-week.

Once you are paired up with your coach, they will build your personalised training plan based on your goals and weekly routine. We use your current training baseline and your future goals to create the most effective and safe pathway to your full potential. You will receive specific information about your training intensities and paces to guide your training and get you to your goal.

If signing up for a personalised training plan you will have phone catch up with your coach at the end of each 4 week block to plan and chat through your next training block.

Tier 1 (Bronze)
PRE-BUILT 
RUN PROGRAMS
(COMING SOON)

This is for the lone wolves, the ones who like to go it alone.

We have built a library of training plans for different race distances, with a variety of goal paces. 

You have the option of purchasing an individual training plan or signing up to a monthly subscription where you have unlimited access to all of our pre-built training plans.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT + TEAM UPSKILLING

WORKING WITH THE ENDURANCE ATHLETE

Are you a health or fitness professional wanting to upskill in the way you work with your running and endurance clients?
We provide a professional development courses and private public speaking events for Health Professionals, Allied Health Clinics and Gyms who are wanting to improve their practice when working with endurance athletes.

In our courses we cover:

  • How to properly understand training loads

  • Training variables and how they can impact your rehab plan

  • Inside the mind of your running client

  • Writing personalised return to run plans

  • Helpful running drills to utilise during end stage rehab and return to running
