HELLO
I'M MAC!
My name is Mac Fox, and I am a keen runner from Jan Juc. Growing up I dabbled at a handful of sports such as Footy, Cricket, Surfing, Basketball and Little Aths. I always enjoyed running too but it wasn't until a couple of years ago during covid that i really started putting time into it and decided to seek out a coach.
From there onwards I have been able to progress from just doing it for fun to competing in events ranging from 5km Fun runs up to the Marathon.
Over the next few years I plan to keep working hard and continuing to progress as a runner and continue to learn more about the sport. Also hoping to head over to Iten, Kenya to learn more about the East African running culture and philosophies.
Outside of Running you’ll find me working in my Strength and Conditioning business ‘Mac Fox Performance’ as well as work as a coach at F45 in Torquay. I love that coaching running and strength allows me to help people achieve their goals. Coaching and sport is something I'm very passionate about and something that I am very grateful for to have as a job.
I'm really looking forward to bringing plenty of energy and passion to Run Space and having our members start smashing goals of their own.
