Pat is an amazing, knowledgable and passionate coach. I was supported through the start of my running journey to getting me to not only finish, but also win the Surf Coast Century 100km! All of this done without becoming injured or needing to take a break from running. Pat not only provided programming but he talked me through and educated me about the why behind the training blocks and sessions. Could not recommend more highly.

As a coach, I love sharing my knowledge and experience with my athletes to help them on their running journey. My programming style could be described as slightly conservative with the focus on athlete wellbeing and ensuring we get the most from ourselves whilst reducing the risk of injury or illness. My coaching style is based around educating my runners, teaching them to listen to their body and empowering them to be involved the decisions that lead to achieving their goals.
